Having a picky cockatiel, avicakes were the only type of pellets my bird would eat. Avicakes are great for bird owners who are trying to convert their birds from a seed diet to a pellet based diet because it comprises 50% seeds and 50% pellets. Definitely a must for any bird owner.
my African grey loves these so much I have to put them in his foraging toys because I would run out so quickly. they actually helped him to learn how to use his foraging toys because he wanted them so bad. I don't give them to him all the time so he considers them a special treat.
