I was recommended this food by a friend, she recommended I switch straight to this. I decided to follow her advice and once I got the bag realized I should have started with the hig potency. I used that food instead and after the transition period switched back to the lifetime fine. I did not find it was doing as well as the high potency! If your bird lives in a cold climate, or they have any illnesses I would suggest sticking with the high potency
